Notes: In 1918, 2 years after Gustav Stickley declared bankruptcy, he and his brother Leopold formed a short-lived business association with a new decal incorporating elements of Gustav Stickley's earlier shopmarks and that of L. & J. G. Stickley. This shopmark was only used in 1918.
