Designed in 1909 by William Knighton, this five-story hotel was built in the Arts & Crafts style and has recently been restored.

Bounded by West Burnside Street on the north, Southwest 21st Avenue on the east, Southwest Canyon Road on the south, and Washington Park on the west, Portland, Oregon. This trolley car suburb was developed and completed during the Arts & Crafts era and features numerous variations on Craftsman style houses, including some in the Shingle style and others with Tudor influences.
