Pleasant Home (Farson House)

One of the most famous works by George Maher. Designed in 1897, it reveals Maher’s debt to the Prairie School style yet also reflects his own personal interpretation in this thirty-room residence. Now the office of the Historical Society of Oak Park and River Forest.
